My Experience

I am an independent talent professional with 30 years' experience interviewing, mentoring and advising applicants at all levels, from recent graduates to C-suite executives. 

 

Throughout my career, I have interviewed and placed thousands of candidates  across all sectors and geographies. I am passionate about inspiring individuals to achieve their full potential.

My career began in Brussels in 1994 with Milar, which was the first of its kind, a company dedicated solely to identifying and interviewing candidates on behalf of international executive search companies. As a Senior Consultant, I interviewed for multidisciplinary positions across all sectors and regions. I also trained junior researchers in these skills.

In 2000, on my return to London, I set up my own business, JN Consulting. I have spent the last 25 years as an independent talent acquisition partner for executive search firms and directly for corporates.

I have also run 2-day courses for recruitment professionals on the identification/mapping of target companies and individuals, and interview training.
